A stunning rendition, sung by David Phelps (formerly of the Gaither Vocal Band). Piano by the late Anthony Burger. When he was just 8 months old, he was using a baby walker and fell into a heating duct on the floor of his house, and suffered third degree burns on both of his hands. The doctors said he would never even be able to move his hands, but he grew up to be the most amazing pianist in the world and traveled with the Gaither Homecoming Crew for years. He died of a massive heart attack in 2006 (while playing the piano).
David Phelps sings that song so beautifully. God bless.
Man, does he have one of the best male voices in the world or what. Not sure if I can think of anyone who`s as good as him. Maybe except for Josh Groban..
He sings with so much passion- like he really means what he’s singing. Great rendition.
I agree he doeas have one hell of a voice – I just bookmarked this to my list of “chrismas videos and songs” to play in the background while I finish wrapping presents..
